Andersons Frozen Custard

I struggle with calling Andersons fast food, but they have a drive thru, so I went with it.  When I called to order I was given the choice between their Fresh Haddock sandwich or their Frozen Cod sandwich.  If you're going to carry Fresh Haddock, why even bother carrying frozen cod?  So I'm assuming this version of their fish sandwich is only available during Lent.  And for the record, I did not see this sandwich as an option when I went to order online.

The sandwich itself usually comes with lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce.  With tomatoes being a vile weed I ordered mine with lettuce and tartar sauce and added red onion and American cheese.  

It was delicious.  Fresh fish cooked perfectly enveloped in a crispy and flavorful batter for the win.  The tartar matched perfectly.  And it was all held together with a large Costanzos roll.  This sandwich is the sole reason I put Andersons on the list of upcoming reviews, as I am now excited to try their full fish fry.
