Located on Wolcottsville Road in Akron, NY.  The fry is skinless haddock and is available beer battered, baked, lemon pepper, or cajun.  The fry is served with your choice of three of the following sides; steamed veggies, coleslaw, macaroni salad, side salad, German potato salad, french fries, cottage cheese, applesauce, parsley potatoes, or potato salad for $12.99.  They also offer a half portion fish fry ($10.59), a fish sandwich and fries ($8.99) and a fish sub ($6.99/$9.99).  The fry is served for lunch and dinner from 11-12am on Fridays only and reservations are accepted.

The Wolcottsville Inn is a relaxing, friendly place frequented mostly by locals.  There are 5-6 tables by the bar and 10-15 tables in a back dining room.  The menu consists mostly of various sandwiches, pizza/wings, and a handful of comfort food dinners.  There is a small kids menu, as well as plenty of other options for kids to split off the main menu.  Service was a bit slow, but not enough to make an issue of.  The kitchen seemed to struggle some as our dinners came out at different times and they also forget our side order of waffle fries.

Fish: A very large portion of a well cooked piece of fish.  The batter was extremely crispy and showed no signs of being greasy, while the fish flaked nicely.  The batter was seasoned nicely and needed only a squeeze of lemon.  The fish however was lacking seasoning, and would of benefited from a little salt and pepper before being dredged.  The fry was larger than most, as both the fish and the batter were thicker than usual.

Tartar: An excellent version of a sweet relish tartar.  Complimented the fry nicely.

Sides: I would like to try more of their sides as there were so many options.  But the ones that I did try were very good.  The coleslaw was a finely chopped mayo based slaw with that classic fish fry taste.  The macaroni salad was creamy, fresh, and delicious.  The German potato salad was an excellent as well.  It was tangy with a strong bacon flavor, and unlike many other examples, the potatoes were all cut uniformly resulting in a well cooked side.  The fries were battered and seasoned and cooked perfectly.  All in all, the sides were very good.
